Business owner and sales engineer with an MBA from Adolfo Ibañez University in Chile. He has over 30 years’ experience in real estate and managerial roles. Since the previous decade, he has been an investor and manager of real estate ventures in primary and holiday homes, facility management and medium-scale retail, which have totalled over US$1bn in Chile and abroad.

Such ventures have entered the markets of various Latin American countries, such as Brazil, Colombia and Costa Rica, as well as Florida, USA.

In 2014, he co-founded and is currently the chairperson of the Spanish real-estate company OSIM which has invested over €300m in development projects for housing, business
premises and offices. He is on the board of directors of several property investment companies.

He has also been the director of real-estate companies and businesses in other industries such as health and energy. Finally, he is a university lecturer at the University of Chile, Adolfo Ibañez University and Finis Terrae University.
