PATRICIO ROJAS SAN MARTÍN

Business owner and business administration with an MBA from Adolfo Ibañez University in Chile. He has over 30 years’ experience in real estate and managerial roles. Since the previous decade, he has been an investor and manager of real estate ventures in primary and holiday homes, facility management and medium-scale retail, which have totalled over USD 1billion in Chile and abroad.

Such ventures have entered the markets of various Latin American countries, such as Brazil, Colombia and Costa Rica, as well as Florida, USA.

In 2014, he co-founded and is currently the chairperson of the Spanish real-estate company OSIM which has invested over €300 million in development projects for housing, business premises and offices. He is on the board of directors of several property investment companies.

He has also been the director of real-estate companies and businesses in other industries such as health and energy. Finally, he is a university lecturer at the University of Chile, Adolfo Ibañez University and Finis Terrae University.

OSCAR LERÍA CHATEAU

Educated in Spain and later in Chile where he completed an MBA at Adolfo Ibañez University. In the early 1980s, he managed one of the country’s most important companies (Dos en Uno Group), before overseeing its sale in 1998 to Arcor.

He made his first steps into real estate in 1978, founding Constructora Aconcagua. The company focused on housing for the lower to middle socioeconomic classes. A yearly average of 1,000 housing units were constructed until 1994, when he sold his shares in the company. He has subsequently led important development projects and can boast having invested and managed a total surface area of 1.5 million m2. He is currently in charge of one of the country’s most important land management projects (Maratue): over 1,000 hectares of urban real estate lined up for 15,000 housing units and other land uses.
In 2014, he co-founded the Spanish real-estate company OSIM, which has invested over €300 million into projects.

In other sectors, he has founded, managed and participated in major retail companies (Patio Group), agriculture and food (El Refugio), football (AIM) and health (Balthus).

MARCO DELGADO GACITÚA

Business administration from the Catholic University of the North (Chile). He possesses ample experience in finance, real estate and project appraisals, and has held executive positions in banks.

In early 2000, he became General Manager of Osler. This company, owned by Oscar Lería, has a diversified investment portfolio covering real estate, agriculture, forestry and other industrial sectors.

Since 2015, he has been General Manager of the Wildsur Family Office (Lería – Luksic).

In 2014, he co-founded and is currently a board member of the Spanish real-estate company OSIM which has invested over €300 million in development projects for housing, business premises and offices.

He has been a corporate manager for various property companies.

PABLO CHENEVEY HONOUR

Industrial Civil Engineer and MBA from Southampton University (2000).

In 2017, he returned to Spain to take up a position in General Management at OSIM, a real estate investment and management platform, with sums of over €300m, in the Costa del Sol, Madrid and Barcelona markets, in housing, commercial premises and land management. He consolidated construction of the first crystalline lagoon in Europe, and is in charge of the company’s expansion plan.

His experience in the Spanish real estate industry dates back to 2007, meaning he experienced the crisis in the sector. In 2011 he returned to Chile to join one of the country’s largest companies (Aconcagua) and later joined Grupo Patio, a key player in shopping centres, industrial and office buildings.

He is the managing director of the companies that own the property of each real estate project managed by OSIM.
